Janez Škrabec (born 1963) is the founder and managing director of Riko, d.o.o. He holds a degree in economics from the Faculty of Economics at the University of Ljubljana, Slovenia. His postgraduate studies took him to renowned institutions, including the IEDC ? Bled School of Management, Cleveland State University, INSEAD in Fontainebleau. In 1991, he established Riko, d.o.o., a highly sought-after company specializing in green and digital transformation across the wider region. For his outstanding business acumen and entrepreneurial achievements, he has received Slovenia?s most prestigious awards for business excellence. He also serves as the Honorary Consul of the Kingdom of Morocco and is the president of the Slovenian Consular Corps. He actively participates in various diplomatic and business networks.
