CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICIES

- For any cancellation occurring on or before April 30, 2025, 100% of the registration fee will be refunded.

- For cancellations occurring between April 30, 2025 and May 8, 2025, 50% of the registration fee will be refunded.

NOTE: The official opening of the conference will take place on Thursday, May 29, at 09:30 AM in the Congress Hall of the Hotel AVALA Resort & Villas, marking the beginning of a journey filled with knowledge and collaboration.

Accommodation at Hotel AVALA Resort & Villas at special rates can be booked by following the procedure outlined below:

1. Open a web browser and enter the address www.avalaresort.com.
2. Select the option RESERVATION.
3. Choose dates from May 28th to May 31st (minimum 1 night, maximum 3 nights).
4. Enter the code MICEB25 in the Promo code field.
5. Click the option BOOK.
6. After selecting the room type, you can add half-board or full-board as an additional option.
7. A credit card is required for guarantee.
8. The reservation will be charged 5 days before arrival.
9. The booking process will remain active until May 1st.
